I feel this is a real in-depth analysis of FOMO at a market level. To me, a shallow look of products that fly off and are forgotten about have strong symptoms of FOMO from the consumers perspective. The Mimetic Trend Cycle, (catchy as hell) shows how companies can go into recession when not awaken from hiberation.
